Pros

Sevan has an amazing culture. A perfect example is the time and effort in onboarding new team members. To bring all new team members to Downers Grove, IL for onboarding with the executive team shows the companies commitment to their employees. They also stand behind their values with their work supporting non-profit organizations. Was extremely proud to have been part of their team. I only moved on because an opportunity presented itself that I could not pass up. Otherwise I would have stayed with Sevan for a long time.

Cons

Every company has their challenges, but Sevan's are minimal.

Flexibility in ability to work from anywhere while in office. You also get to travel all over the country (fully paid).

Cons

The schedule can be demanding, with lots of overtime, and sometimes very short notice on travel.
