Pros

They were very dedicated to making sure their employees had a good work life balance. Also, they were consistent in trying to promote people to the next level.

Cons

There were no cons that I have to say about Sevan but the clients that they have can be difficult to work with (i.e. McDonald’s).

Pros

I love the people, good work life balance, good benefits and good pay.

Cons

That they want everyone to work back in the office during a pandemic, no mask requirement and no vaccine requirements. No real flexibility to work from home dispute all the technology. Old school mentality.

Since March 2019 we have been following and keeping up with all CDC, local and national COVID-19 safety protocols, including guidelines for masks and vaccinations.
