      Pros

      Unlimited PTO, management that truly cares about their employees, highly competent and knowledgeable leadership, managers and employees at all levels. You will have a lot of ownership in your role and room to create processes and freedom to communicate your thoughts safely. There truly is a great level of teamwork and personalities.

      Cons

      The pay is a little low but the overall package is fantastic. Corporate employees are in office even though operations are fully remote.

      Cons

      No support from upper management they will not support you when dealing with clients. Will blame employees if clients are unhappy.

      -Constant workflow -Amazing communication with team members -Well defined business plan -Great atmosphere -Massive room for growth within the CM team -Outstanding benefits package

      -Newly developed sector of the company -Overwhelming and tiring hiring process -Varying experience levels in regards to job titles (Some have 10+ years of experience and some have less than 1 year) -Spread thin and increased work loads

The hiring process is thorough, and one that we are always trying to improve, while ensuring we bring on the right people at the right time. Construction services is a fast-growing line of business, and we are working to hire and develop talent at each level of the team. This is a work in progress. We always encourage our team members to communicate with their leaders if an excessive workload impacts their ability to sustain reasonable work-life balance and a safe working environment.
