Work from home. Handle your work and you won't have to deal with much of the typical workplace "BS".

Cons

Very little loyalty to the employees, despite what you'll hear from Senior Management. It feels like the big corporations I've worked for in the past (shame because it used to not). Pay isn't great. In 2019, they completely cancelled Christmas bonuses a few days before Christmas - that was pretty unbelievable. But they could, so they did.

In 2019, the distribution of bonuses was delayed to February 2020 to allow time to wrap up our 2019 financials in a fiscally responsible manner.
