Pros

I feel my opinion and work is heard and valued. I am able to work with several different aspects of the business and take on more responsibility so I can broaden my knowledge and influence to the organization. My Manager challenges me with goals, while is flexible and understanding with day-to-day challenges that come up. I'm able to collaborate with my team on a daily basis, even though people are remote.

Cons

Company is getting large, and because most people are remote, there aren't many in-person events for people to connect in person.

Great company to work for, The people are involved, interactive and willing to help solve problems as a team. The executive team was always available to speak and take action as necessary. Many Sevan employees are remote which is a huge plus, they value and trust the people they hire to do their job in the comfort of their home, there is a lot of meetings but that's to be expected with as many remote positions as they have. Once hired, the company brings you to the HQ to learn more about the company, when/ how it was founded and their philosophy on doing business along with meeting the executive team and other key stakeholders. Cannot say enough positive items.

Cons

No real cons, Sevan had a couple unfortunate key clients remove their contracts due to the client company reasons which led to staffing cutbacks.
