Cons

I was hired and completed a major project, then told I was being laid off right after the project's completion. They should have hired a contract worked, not a fulltime employee.

Great Place to work Pay could be better

Pros

If you like to be left alone expected to do your work without micromanagement this is the place for you. If you do not need a lot of acknowledgement for a job well done and no news is good news I suggest you look into Sevan.

Cons

Communication & training needs improvement. They basically throw you to the dogs and it is up to you is you sink or swim. If you aggressive and a go getter this is not an issue. If you passive in nature this could be challenging.
