they try to work with your schedule

Cons

lack of communication there is a lot of favoritism the way some of the residents are treated is questionable, they sugar coat some of the clients backgrounds, they are more serious then what they make it out to be. Don't tell them no if they need you to cover because you will be the one to pay

Pros.. very flexible with scheduling.. awesome consumers..I’ve been so fortunate to have awesome bosses.

Cons

Cons… when someone is late to work you have to stay there until someone comes relieve you. You can’t use your pto if you’re in overtime that same week.
