There are none horrible company to work for.

Very low pay they do not pay you what you are worth there is no cell phone reimbursement no gas reimbursement no raises no bonuses when there was one it was only $80 what a slap in the face then they withheld everyone's coronavirus funds from the government and then finally release them 3 years later with only small payments instead of given one lump sum to the employees like they were supposed to and then they tried to call it their Christmas bonus when it wasn't in fact it was money given from the federal government stay away from this company they will rip you off and treat you like sh management has no clue what they are doing they take vacations they're never in the office

I am thankful that I am able to provide Independent skills and Personal assistance to My Own Adult Disabled Daughter, who has Trysome-21 (Down Syndrome), and also be compensated for doing so, as well.

Cons

Would be Nice to Consider giving increases in wages beyond the minimum wage amount, ...due to the cost of living. I haven't seen any, in All my 10 year tenure.
