      Sometimes out of hours if clients need to renew with insurance, sometimes no sub opportunities to fill the hours you miss if client is out at all.

      I know you see all the employees making thesame complaints from state to state! FIX THE PROBLEMS WITH MANAGEMENT!

      My team and area was amazing. The clients were amazing!

      Cons

      Management period! Program Director's and above were non existent 94% of the time. When they would respond it wasn't helpful, if it's an emergency - don't waste your time, because you're not going to get a response and if you do you won't get the support from your AD expected nor needed! The entry level employees or DSPs who are worked insane hours, with the minimal hourly pay rates are the ones putting in the work, without them you have nothing! Pay and treat them better! Stop catering to and wasting money on salaries of managers who only show up to quarterly reviews or in the nick of time to bark a list of mandatory documents needed before your CARF assessment.

      Pros

      There are some very rewarding moments working with the individuals that you serve.

      Cons

      The company cares more about the money they bring in, than the individuals they serve. You can work for 3+ years and people who are just hired will make the exact pay you do. No bonuses. There is zero recourse for abuse towards staff, and next to nothing is ever done.
