You’ll definitely learn how not to run a clinic. It’s a great place if you’ve ever wanted to supervise your own supervisor. You’ll leave with great stories — and probably a few ethics questions.

Cons

Most of the BCBAs disappeared faster than new hire paperwork. Time-off requests? Hope your lead RBT is in the mood to approve it, since actual leadership is more of a myth. Communication was cryptic, like management was trying to win an award for Most Vague Email. If you like guessing games, crossed wires, and weekly plot twists, you’ll thrive.
