Low wage, they don’t care about their staff at all.

Program supervisor are so lazy. They would rather move you to a different home rather than find coverage for the home that actual needs coverage. Just because they dont want to work there. Any employee that allows it they will take advantage whether it be leaving a sink full of dishes, doing laundry, grocery shopping, or even Dr. appointments. If there is a program supervisor on shift they are going to call you and ask you to do their errands. Because all they want to do is sit on the couch with their cell phone rather than get up and take their clients to do what needs to be done. They dont take the clients anywhere. Program supervisor are taking clients money and doing the shopping without them present. One program supervisor made copies of the all the clients house keys. We came in one day and they had let their selves in and was sitting on the clients sofa eating lunch and watching their TV. This is not allowed but is happening anyway. The clients money isnt being left in their homes the program supervisor is taking it and refusing to give it when asked. If you go to the program director and tell them whats going on they will tell everyone who said it. They do not follow confidentiality procedures between staff and management.
