      Terrible work-life balance and ZERO opportunity to grow

      Exposure to learning the operational side of business

      •ZERO work-life balance •No loyalty to employees - management does not care about understanding the why behind why something isn't working just about the numbers and if you are "meeting goals" that in most cases are completely unattainable • Operations is out for themselves and does not work with recruiting team - constantly throwing recruiting under the bus the first chance they get. • Low pay for the amount of work you put in. Salary seems great until you are working 70+ hours per week taking away from your family just to try to get ahead • ZERO accountability TRUST ME when I say - RUN FOR THE HILLS! And this is coming from someone who is in a leadership position!
