Seyfarth Shaw provides generous benefits. The non-legal staff is shown regular appreciation with lunches, etc. The staff are for the most part wonderful to work with.

Cons

High pressure environment, especially for technology staff. Some attorneys require a great deal of patience to work with. Los Angeles office is dictated to by home office in Chicago.

Cons

Growing too fast. Has lost that "small town" feel. Not the best at giving merit-based bonuses.
