You'll have the opportunity to gain a lot of experience doing several different jobs for no additional pay.

Cons

They do not care about their staff and will ask for all of your time and effort for nothing in return but occasional office events, like pizza parties. They've hired to many attorneys to be able to pay their staff and let several people go for made up reasons right before bonuses should have been distributed.
