I was really lucky that most of the people I worked with were friendly and smart.

Cons

Low pay, long hours (sometimes weekends), old/frustrating management systems, and they didn't cover transportation or parking (even during the pandemic, when the shuttle to the office shut down).

The people are nice here. Good training there.

Cons

The head office doesn't communicate well with other offices. Very classist attorneys. In Houston office the Karens and the right wings have taken over. The office manager doesn't know how to handle this.
