Nice work-life-balance, opportunities for advancement. Work with some of the best attorneys in their field and can learn a lot. Firm is progressive, always looking to adapt and invest in technology. Collegial environment.

Cons

Not many. Bonuses are way below market. 401(k) match or profit sharing would be nice.

You are always supported They give regular feedback They are open to new ideas and suggestions The attorneys are very friendly (this is my 5th law firm so believe me when I tell you this) It is a very positive and healthy work environment They encourage engagement and inclusion

Cons

Some days are really busy and you will stay challenged! But that’s not a con in my book
