      Pros

      It feels like the firm actually cares about your personal and professional development. The stereotypes for attorneys is that they’re rude and demanding but in my experience there is none of that here. Everyone is so nice and helpful and work well together.

      Cons

      My ONLY issue is I know the firm makes money and we could raise some support staff pay. Still better than other firms I’ve received offers from.

      You can park in building for $100 per month.

      Cons

      Office Manager never worked as Legal Secretary and does not really understand (or care) if you are overworked and isn’t willing to help make things better. Office Manager isn’t liked and she is very fake and high schoolish!! Don’t bother coming here!! People are not happy here!! Lawyers are allowed to work from home but staff is required to come into empty office three days a week. You work really hard for low pay and bonus is very low compared to other firms.
