- good benefits - discretionary bonuses - nice and modern office in downtown Chicago - secretaries work together as a team on big projects and/or overflow work - supportive secretarial supervisory - 35-hour workweek

Cons

- management/HR could be more supportive of staff - staff morale is low due to heavy assignments on legal secretaries - bullying has reared its ugly head and management turns a blind eye - located in Willis Tower and it can be a hassle getting to the office floor - diversity needs improvement
