Pros

In my 20+ year career, Seyfarth stands out as the best place to work. The people are genuinely kind and respectful and make me feel valued. Just good humans who happen the be some of the smartest and most capable lawyers I have ever known. I came back to Seyfarth after leaving for pastures that were not greener. The firm has many boomerang lawyers like me, which speaks to this being such a special place. Seyfarth is also one of the big law firms that has not compromised its values under political pressure. That means so much during these turbulent times.

Cons

Pay is generally below market and the health insurance is very expensive. Also no 401k match for attorneys.

The only thing I like about this firm was the coworkers. They were friendly (some), others will not even say "hello", but this is how it is at firms.

Cons

I was not allowed to speak to any attorney, the Lead Biller was the only one. If I received a call or email the Lead Billing will always question me why they contacted me instead of him/her. I was not able to do anything without being overlooked at.
