Great firm as a whole, fellow teammates are fun and helpful, flex make up time, good benefits, looks good on your resume.

Cons

Immigration office manager micro-manages, belittles and talks down to everyone. Over worked and underpaid. No real growth internally, alarmingly high employee turnover, dark environment, and did I say very underpaid?

Flexible time, good meaningful work that was valued by the firm. Progressive approach to the operation of a law firm. Way ahead of the remote work curve.

Cons

Not a lot of upward mobility in terms of responsibility, role, and compensation. Can be micromanaged at times and little focus on career development.

There's not many pros. The biggest pro is the reputation the firm has in the labor & employment world. If you're a lawyer in any other practice area, go somewhere else.

Cons

The pay is not market, yet you will work brutally long hours. The market is hot right now for associates...look elsewhere for a job. Thank me later.
