Very toxic culture with extremely poor oversight at a higher level. Managers do not believe in documenting procedures as it may impact their own position and ability to stay relevant with the firm. No growth opportunities as management does not believe in it or strengthen ones skill. Management does not believe in further ones skills by being involved career associations as they believe it’s a waste of time. Most employees just with efficiencies because of the ability to work remotely. Upper management turns a blind eye to it all. Advertising a falsehood during interview process will be felt the first week of starting at firm.
