      This is a great place to learn the practice of law.

      The people make the experience.

      Cons

      There is limited potential for promotions and raises. The new office at Sears tower is horrible. Conference rooms go unused and employees don't even get a wing span worth of space.

      Great culture, lots of flexibility and company outings. Challenging, not tied down to just the job at hand, if you are ambitious you will shine.

      Cons

      Not a lot of mobility when it comes to advancement. Had to move companies to advance my career. Sorry I had to leave.
