Really nice people, flexible work options, and top labor and employment work. Highly recommend if you want work work with genuinely nice people, have decent hours (but not perfect--it is biglaw after all), and have some flexibility with when and where you work.

Cons

Politics can be a problem. Partners pick favorites.
