Great place to work at but there's so much more to improve on

Pros

The job is fun and easy. The team and everyone at Shadow are amazing to work with. They encourage you to grow and learn more.

Cons

Executives do not always clearly communicate nor do we have a clear direction the company is heading in. Although management promises growth, there really isn't any room to do so.

Pros

-Co-workers are very bright and hard working, helpful -Good benefits for size of company (small)-- free medical, dental & vision plans, HSA/FSA, perks like catered lunch -Great technology -Fun environment -Room for growth

Cons

-Most knowledge still very tribal -Upper management still doing day-to-day so things can take longer due to hands-on nature of review of all things -No 401K packages (small company issue) -Communication between Paris & Mountain View
