HR is very political. They do very very shady, illegal practices. They have been reported state of CA for improper business practices

The free food is nice if you work during the morning shift. You can (possibly) make tips. Great STARTING job.

Cons

As a college student I got this job at the beginning of the summer, the coworkers were great and everything but I was being run ragged for sometimes over 8 hours a shift for minimum wage. The managers would "suggest" that you do things that arent a part of your job duties then get annoyed when you are falling behind on your other job duties. I was considering staying on for a while and possibly getting a promotion in the future until I hear that they only make a dollar more an hour than me and by that point I would be in incredible debt if I werent living with my family during my college years.

Fun environment to start. Generally customers are friendly.free food. You get to keep your tips.

Cons

The management says one thing to your face and then does something completely different. If you are a decent worker they will work you to death. They no longer care about you as a person like they used to,all they care about is making the most money possible and " 5s5s5s" on surveys
