It's a corporate job and can be a helpful resume builder if you're fresh out of college or need a career change

Cons

You'll have to deal with an insane amount of gossips, cliquey behaviors, immature & unqualified supervisors, no room for growth or guidance, and rude customers. Don't expect much from this company if you're a minority, unless you somehow become the few token POCs.
