Pay is average, but varies from person to person.

Cons

The Maintenance department is a complete joke. The Maintenance Supervisor is horrible and running the department into the ground. People and management is very two-faced and the job in itself, sucks. If you are educated and qualified, don't waste your time with this "opportunity ".
