Supportive team environment with mentors who care. I was given real responsibilities and learned how to apply engineering concepts on the production floor. Exposure to lean manufacturing and continuous improvement was invaluable.

Cons

Some tasks were repetitive and project pace could be slow at times, depending on department workflow. More structured onboarding would help interns get up to speed faster.
