Great people, great mission, poorly run company.

Pros

The people are great here and go through the ringer daily to make the restaurants happy.

Pros

$10/day meal allowance, remote work

Cons

Medical, dental, vision were decent, not the best and still pricey for a family. They like to preach transparency but I think it's being overly optimistic. They kept saying no more layoffs but have known every time it's happened. Pay is below living wage. No to very little communication across teams.
