      Pros

      The main team, the real workers making the wheels turn. They’re great people.

      Cons

      - Very poor management - inequality amongst sales teams. Certain bonus and commissions only available to certain individuals. - Pay is well below market value yet demand overachieving results - Hire and fire environment - HR department which will only follow directors/management orders even if it means being unethical. - Management generally don’t listen to the basic needs of employees - no possibilities for any pay increases
