The management level too micro management

Tim Ko as MD refuses to speak English when is is more than capable. He instead shouts his orders and someone translates them. I have never seen a dying company refuse change to this degree. All employees are underpaid and overworked. There is no team collaboration. There is massive employee turnover and the few long standing employees are only staying due to their EBA. Reports to Japan are constantly fudged.
