      Good place to work. Lots of overtime.

      Pros

      This company promotes from within often. I started off working on the line and moved up to Quality Assurance. I gained a lot of great experience working here that led to some great oppurtunities.

      Cons

      Mandatory overtime on the weekends. Lack of communication between management and staff. I was told different procedures from supervisors and management that sometimes led to confusion and errors in documentation. I found it better to read the SOP's than to ask too many questions.
