Not Professional training process. The supervisor's wife does not provide proper professional training, and asking questions often results in harsh criticism, making it unsuitable for employees with a Western cultural background in the team. Additionally, the SOP documents are extremely disorganised. The supervisor is Taiwanese nationality- leadership. The total structure has nothing to do with Japanese style culture. It treated employees like dogs.
