      Pros

      There are a lot of issues to solve; there are opportunities to improve their processes and the company itself.

      Cons

      The general manager has no respect for their subordinates and treat them as I guess it comes to Japanese workers. There are many misunderstandings because of the miscommunication chief subordinate.

      Salary and benefits were slightly above average. Amount of travel can be minimal depending on position.

      Cons

      Expected to work late to contact Japan HQ and Asia based customers or CMs. International business requires working 10-12 hrs per day. Amount of travel can be very high depending on position. NIH mentality hinders success in market.
