      Pros

      Company with a great history of technology innovations. Professional "workaholic" Japanese colleagues, smart and friendly local staff. Nobody kills you if you don't work overtime. But you need to make your job done and your boss happy during office hours.

      Cons

      You can happily work here without changing your position title until retirement, as a driver, an accountant, receptionist or at middle management position Marketing activities are not aggressive enough. Risk taking in business is not popular.
