      Leadership and benefits are great! My team is amazing and makes work fun. Sharp has worked hard to support employees and dealers during the recent shutdowns.

      Great people, culture, management, benefits, product and partners! In my role, work / life balance is, let's just say, "intertwined". That said, there is tremendous flexibility.

      Cons

      Minimal cons! My only real gripe regarding benefits is no vacation carry over. Must use your vacation time as accrued.
