      High-quality people, cool products, and good technology

      Cons

      No career development, 24-hour work cycle due to Asia-based business and razor thin workforce. Culture shift coming with Hon-Hai taking lead ownership in SC.

      Pros

      While employed at Sharp, I was trained rather well on the finer points of the products. Training took about month and it was indeed intense and rigorous.

      Cons

      The downside of working for this particular branch of Sharp is management. I spent over 20 years in the Army and never had to experience poor leadership as I had to endure at Sharp. Management wanted me to do unethical things in order to close a deal. Management did not follow the employee handbook and even got upset with me when I brought this to their attention.

      Pros

      Very Co-Operative and Friendly co workers. Excellent Support from the Team leader and Regional Manger. The Regional manger will even accompany the sales person to help him close a deal.

      Cons

      Less product Training , especially to freshers.
