      Great place to be recruited on to bigger and better opportunities.

      Cons

      Extremely low pay for the work. Little to no development. High turnover. Old school sales techniques in a high tech sales environment. SBS is a very young company and has a long way to go, but there is no point in sticking around to find out how long.

      A variety of day-to-day activities keeps things fresh. Working with stakeholders both within Sharp and with our customers can bring about a lot of satisfaction. Helping coworkers succeed while helping customers strengthen their businesses is why I do this job.

      Cons

      The lack of consistent direction is frustrating. Six years on the job and three dozen initiatives is a bit much.
