      Pros

      Great work life balance, fantastic benefits, good people who have worked here for a long time. Very family friendly environment, where management understands that people have lives outside the office. Management is very encouraging of ideas from all employees at all levels. Good place to work.

      Was in years past a great company to work for, but it has been mismanaged and has no other alternative than to be placed on the block for sale and sold piece by piece.

      Cons

      Management has run off everyone in the US, and parent company keeps losing billions and is under constant threat of going the way of the dodo bird.
