      Great benefits and some really nice co-workers.

      Cons

      Poor management, very unprofessional, HR is useless. Read their responses to any critique and you will get the idea.

      Pros

      After nearly 10 years of working here, it's still one of the hardest jobs I've ever loved. If you find a niche here, you'll be working with some of the smartest in the industry. This is where they'll respect you for thinking outside the box and kindness matters. They expect consistency and hard work, but pay you well to do it.

      Cons

      Parking and office space is always challenging.

      Pros

      Very good benefits. Awesome coworkers. Excellent hospital system.

      Cons

      Some of the medical groups are very poorly managed. Lot of discord, turnover and backbiting behavior. Lot of people in middle-management who have no business in these positions because they do not know what they are doing.
