      Lots of excellent people and teamwork.

      Cons

      Short staffed and hard to get FTEs. They expect you to do a lot out of your pay grade.

      Pros

      Sharp truly cares about the patients and are constantly making changes that promote healing, mentally, emotionally and physically. Their benefits are the best. They have growth opportunities. Tuition reimbursement. There are perks for all kinds that give discounts at a vast array of companies. Travel, cell phone carriers, eateries, gyms, care dealerships and much more. They really try to give as much as they can to staff. We have massage chairs in every break room!
