OK but doesn't give enough motivation

Pros

Good co-workers, employee perks, management is flexible with working students

Cons

CNAs don't get enough annual increase, they get more than 10 patients, gets worn out every shift, gets scheduled for 5-6 days straight, receive a high work evaluation and only receive cents as an increase. If your one of the best employee, co-workers will always go to you for help and this will make you more tired even more.

Pros

Good medical and retirement benefits. Some departments are run well and have management that actually cares about providing quality healthcare.

Cons

Constantly cut corners to increase profits, patient safety and quality of care is often sacrificed.

Pros

We have an amazing team, good benefits, and plenty of ancillary staff to support nurses.

Cons

The sick day policy sucks. It takes 3 months to accumulate enough hours for one sick day. If you down have sick hours (ESI) then you get a write up. You can also get written up for other attendance issues. If you get 7, then you get fired.
