      Great place to work for. Very competitive for moving up to a new grad nursing residency program

      Pros

      The culture is amazing. There is always support from co-workers. The vision of the organization is clear. Hard work is recognized and rewarded fairly.

      Cons

      Hard to move up and transition from Nursing Assistant to New Grad Nurse, you must know a manager and built strong networking to secure a new grad position. The pay is low.
