Great place to provide patient with great care

Cons

Depending on the department your growth is limited. Practice redesigned is making it feel like sharp is looking out for the business and not the personable caring facility focused on giving great patient care and focusing on the patient with out being overwhelmed with a more business type pressure

Learned a lot from the doctors there and most of the staff was very caring and friendly

Cons

Micromanagement doesn’t begin to explain the stress working there. Had a nervous breakdown and was placed on antidepressants due to my supervisors constant hounding and belittling. Felt like I was free the day I quit.
