      For a non profit they really care more about money than the quality of care and Nurse retention

      Benefits. Great teamwork. Doctors are friendly

      Cons

      To save money they took advantage of the ratio waiver and stretched the nurses thin while telling other nurses that wanted to work we were fully staffed. Also they have been denying time off requests because of the Covid surge even though managment gets to take time off.
