I appreciate that there's always something new to learn. And there are so many opportunities to effect positive, systemic change. For me, these opportunities present themselves through mastering/streamlining processes and workflows. How can we make this more reliable? I love that we are encouraged to think in this way. Institutions and workplaces with stringent cultures don't allow room for creative thought. The overall Sharp system does a good job of encouraging it.
