There is very poor training, and when you ask questions you can get different and conflicting answers from different people. Management is not particularly interested in the needs of their employees, so there are a lot of problems with the available tools. If the tools you have aren't good enough to complete the job you need to do, then the response you will consistently get is, "Then work longer hours."
