      Pros

      Sharp Healthcare is the best employer I have ever worked for. They have gas benefit and plenty of job growth.

      Cons

      I honestly do not have one negative word to say about Sharp Healthcare. They are absolutely great!!!

      Pros

      Very people/employee oriented place to work. From the top down they focus on work/life balance. Lots of fun company supported activities. WOnderful staff and teamwork attitude.

      company's values, vision, attitude, teamwork, available resources (i.e. lifting equipment, lift team to help you with patient care)

      Cons

      CNA's work is physically demanding profession, it is hard-just like in any facility.
