      Sharp HealthCare is a great place to work. People care for the patients, employees, communities, want to do the right thing.

      However, management is traditional, not always flexible, forward-thinking in benefits to make employee work-life balance easier - such as gym access in building, day care, work from home, flex time, out of network benefits, new mom benefits...
