      HORRIBLE PLACE TO WORK!!!

      Pros

      HR was great to talk to about issues, majority of co-workers were pleasant to work with. Best decision I ever made was to leave!

      Cons

      Management was HORRIBLE and VERY unprofessional. Hire people who know how to manage and not play the gossip game and berate their employees and play favorites <sick>. They click with "kids" who have zero experience or understand what they're doing. Some management staff should have been kicked out a long time ago.

      Pros

      Sharp has excellent healthcare benefits, friendly employees . Most departments are like family and genuinely care about the workers. Although I was laid off I am still trying to stay with the company.

      Cons

      You can never be too sure. I was blind sided and laid off after 15 years. Parking is difficult and must be paid for (a minimal amount)
